Production times

While we do keep levels of inventory for some of our most popular items, most of our goods are made to order right after the order has been received. Depending on the size of the order, availability of materials and ableness of our artisans, production time can vary from 4 days up to 4 weeks from the date the order is received.

Transit times

Depending on your location, transit time from Bolivia to your destination may vary from 2 to 8 weeks as described below:

Transit time to North America: 2 to 3 weeks
Transit time to Latin America: 2 to 4 weeks
Transit time to Europe and UK: 3 to 4 weeks
Transit time to Oceania, Asia, Middle East and Africa: 4 to 8 weeks

Please note the above shipping times are recommendations only, and may vary depending on external factors beyond our control.

Shipment Tracking

While we offer registered EMS international tracking with all of our orders, this tracking is unfortunately not available in selected countries. As a result, transit time to these countries can take up to 8 weeks.
