beyondBeanie is a social fashion start-up dedicated to helping artisans and children in Bolivia.
We are looking for a native English speaker to assist our team in the areas of Customer Service, Sales and Content Creation.

The ideal candidate is:
- Native and fluent in English speaking, reading and writing
- Positive and excited to join and help grow a young, passionate organization
- Motivated to promote Bolivian culture and craftsmanship abroad, and passionate about supporting our mission by introducing beyondBeanie to new stores and businesses in English-speaking countries
Job Location: Cochabamba, Bolivia
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Resolution of customer inquiries and concerns, and management of feedback from stores and clients
- Handle and follow up email inquiries and phone contact received from interested retail and wholesale parties
- Creation of website and weekly blog content
- Assist with social media management across all channels
- Cold-calling shops, boutiques and retail outlets through existing databases provided to you
Qualifications and requirements
- Have a strong interest in supporting our mission to empower artisans and help children in need
- Excellent command of English, written and spoken
- Relevant sales experience, as well as experience in English communication (preferably 2+ years)
- Outgoing personality and high-energy individual
- Highly collaborative and able to interact with other members of beyondBeanie
