1) What does it mean to be a bB rep and how old do I need to be?
Being a Brand Ambassador means that you have a true interest in helping our social mission of empowering artisans and helping children in need. It means that you care about helping others, that you value ethical fashion, and seek to make an impact in the world.
Furthermore, you’ll get a rep code that will give your friends and family 25% on their purchases, while earning you 10% commissions. As soon as you reach $50, you'll get paid via PayPal!
2) I'm under 18, can I still participate?
If you are under 18 but over 13, you can still rep our brand. The only difference will be that you earn store credit instead of cash. Everything else stay the same :) Just make sure to put your Birth Date on the signup form where it's prompted.
3) How long the program last?
For as long as you want! If you ever want to stop, just let us know.
4) Am I required to make a minimum purchase in order to become a brand ambassador?
Being a Brand Ambassador is completely free, meaning that there’s no minimum purchase to make in order to be accepted.
Anyhow, the best way to promote bB and to make an impact is to show off to your friends and family the bB products that you proudly own. For this purpose, once accepted into our program, you’ll benefit from a 45% off special savings code, so you can buy anything you want (the code is revealed to you once accepted, valid during the whole term that you are a rep).
5) How much time per week do I need to dedicate to being a rep?
It’s up to you! Indeed, being a brand rep is easier and less time consuming than you think. All we ask of you is to promote and share your affiliate link and code among friends, family and facebook groups that you are a part of. It’s pretty much a copy-paste kind of thing :)
6) Do I need to create a special Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter account to promote my affiliate link and rep code?
Not at all! While we have reps that start their dedicated social media accounts, we highly recommend you to use your existing social networks.
7) What’s the best way to promote that I’m a brand rep?
It’s as simple as:
a) Putting your referral link and referral code in your Instagram bio, Twitter, Facebook, and Linkedin.
b) Posting pictures that promote bB every so often to your social networks and Facebook groups (once a week is recommended but not required).
c) Talking in person to your friends and family about bB’s mission and showing them the product which you proudly own. Having a beanie and/or few bracelets with you at social gatherings is also a great way to get a conversation started!
d) If your school has a students’ newspaper or blog, ask them to write about bB in there! Be sure to tell them to include your affiliate link and/or rep code :) .
8) Am I being tracked on my actions, such as posting to FB, Instagram, updating my LinkedIn and Instagram profile, etc?
Not really. We believe that being a rep for a cause or brand you love should be something you truly care about doing and not because you are forced to do. Also, depending on your time, you can do as little or as much as you want to promote bB and your affiliate link. Of course, the more people make a purchase using your rep code or after clicking your affiliate link, the more money you'll make, and the more positive impact you’ll help to create! Our top ambassador so far has earned over $500 in just about 10 days of getting started!
9) What if my friends and family forget to use my affiliate code when placing an order?
The incentive for your friends and family to use your code is that they get 25% off. Anyhow, as long as they entered the bB site through your affiliate link, you’ll still get 10% commissions, no matter what they buy, or if they use your code or not.
Therefore, we ALWAYS recommend that you put your affiliate link on the bio sections of all social media channels you use and make at least one post a week promoting bB, particularly post of you wearing your own products. This way, your friends, and family will see that you are serious about being a rep and you’ll get better chances of getting them to click on your affiliate link and make a purchase.

11) What if I forget my affiliate link and/or rep code, how do I recover it?
Your rep code will be stored in your refersion account. If you’ve forgotten your password, simply request a new email by clicking on “Forgot Password” at the refersion log-in page.
12) How do I track the status of the sales that have been generated through my affiliate link and rep code? You can check all the sweet stuff at your refersion account.
