Healthy fruity yogurts

Here are some very simple recipes for a healthy breakfast or a snack.
BLUEBERRIES AND CRENBERRIES YOGURT

0,2l of soy yogurt
Hand full of blueberries
Hand full of dried cranberries
½ cup of oats
½ cup of expanded (puffed) barley - with honey or natural*
1/3 table spoon of cinnamon
*you can find it bio shops
Mix the yogurt with cinnamon and leave it a side. Prepare a small bowl and put the lawyers in:
Soy yogurt – blueberries – oats – cranberries and barley. Repeat it until the bowl is full.
Leave it over night or at least one hours if you like it crunchy.

COCONUT RASPBERRIES YOGURT

0,2l of soy yogurt
Hand full of raspberries
2 table spoons of honey
3 t. spoons of coconut flakes 
1 t. spoons of ground almonds and
1 t. Spoons of cornflakes
*optional: chia seeds
Mix all the ingredients and leave them in the fridge for 30 minutes or longer.
